We are committed to “beaming” our guests onto the mountain as quickly as possible. For this we use the most “futuristic technology” available, the most innovative cableway technology to be precise. And as the actual purpose of the ride up the mountain is the unsurpassable run down the mountain, we, of course, ensure the best possible piste conditions and, if needed, provide plenty of artificial snow using technology from the future…

Wide, perfectly prepared ski slopes in Flachau
A diverse range of pistes offers just the right thing for every level of ability. From the World Cup run, the self timing competition run, the floodlit ski piste as well as the family runs and the practise slopes, everything you need is right there on offer. Three valley runs allow you to choose your run individually, ensuring total skiing delight right down to the last curve.
The 21 ski huts, mountain restaurants and sun terraces ranging from that cosy rustic atmosphere to high end après ski fever round off your skiing experience according to your tastes.

Flachau is right at the centre of the Ski Group amadé with its five top-class regions and 25 skiing locations.
With only one ticket you can be take part in the Ski amadé experience live, with its total of 860 kilometres of pistes and 270 lift systems. Come and join in!

Where do the kids get together? In Flachau of course!
For children, the snow space Flachau is a particular Eldorado, with its range of pistes and lifts, especially designed for our "Snow-Astronauts". The youngest not so interested in skiing or those first needing to learn can spend some time in the guest kindergarten or ski school while the parents or grandparents zoom off to explore the further reaches of this “skiing galaxy”!

Car-free skiing delight with the snow space bus – the free ski bus in Flachau
Rest assured you can leave the car behind. Our snow space bus will take you directly from your accommodation to the valley stations. The city ski bus goes every 15 minutes from 8.15 to 18.00 and is free of charge.

Who would have thought it? snow space Flachau has already won a number of international skiing area awards.
In comparison to other skiing areas tested in Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovakia and Switzerland, snow space Flachau was placed an amazing first in each of the categories friendliness, piste condition, snow levels, safety, snowboarding, action, reception and image.
Also the advertising concept "snow space Flachau" was voted the most innovative winter tourism concept in the world.
